Order Processing  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:  
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Domestic Shipping  
We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.
