Can I Return or Exchange an item?

CPR SKINCARE Online Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your skincare products—and your experience with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right if the requirements are met by our return policy.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused or gently used products within 30 days of the date the order was delivered. To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number). We consider returns for products purchased on cprskn.com. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • If your order was part of a promotion, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
  • Returns or refunds received after 30 days are not guaranteed. After close inspection, you should expect to receive an email within 15 business days informing you of approval or denial of return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at support@cprskn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (be careful of damaged content). Once this is done, please discard damaged items. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@cprskn.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Samples
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Opened and used personal care items

 Exchange Instructions

If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.

Please note that if purchase is missing, lost, damaged or wrong we must be notified within 30 days of receipt (Email us) before we initiate an investigation and process a claim.
